Beverley Glock is an expert on children’s cookery. She always has and always will love cooking. After a high flying career in the City, she decided there must be more to life and in 1999 with baby number two on the way; Beverley quit city life to raise her children.

But retirement didn't last long; Splat Cooking Parties launched in 2001 and was borne from Beverley's eldest daughter's desire to have a cooking party for her 5th birthday. Splat began by selling a small range of products and a DIY Cooking Kit. But it was Nigella Lawson's mention of Splat and their products in her book Feast that put the company on the map and gave Beverley the financial backing to put together a team to do what she is really passionate about - encouraging children to cook.
