Mini C

Mini Gosling is continuing the true tradition of Thai cuisine in a contemporary style, relevant to today's lifestyle. Mini's family, the Chutrakul's introduced Thai Cuisine to the UK in the late 1960's and she is continuing that fine foundation through her restaurant, the Busabong, in London's Chelsea. Mini has published 100 Great Thai Dishes with Cassell Illustrated and has also authored Dairy Free Eating for Kyle Cathie.

Through her broadcasting and writing Mini Gosling establishes the basis for Thai Basics, which she recognizes, is not available through the adaptations produced by European chefs. From a tradition of excellence Mini Gosling goes back to basics and introduces the concept of 'Essential Thai'.
