Flamboyant and straight talking, Joe won the coveted International Wine and Spirit Communicator of the Year award 2005. He is currently Richard & Judy's wine expert (Channel 4) and is one of the authors of the Richard and Judy Wine Guide (Harper Collins 2005). Joe also appears each month as The Wright Stuff's Wine Expert (Five) guiding the viewer to the month's best buys. He also appeared regularly on The Terry & Gaby Show, and is a contributor to Great Food Live, UKTV Food's live lunchtime show as well as presenting his own programme, Great Wine Walks, also for UKTV Food.

Joe has just been signed as the face and corporate consultant to Dartington Crystal wine glasses - 2006/2007.
